WRITING A RECIPE

Yougur cake

This is the cake that my mother make in my birthday and my brother birthday too.  I like it because you can put inside all that you like: chocolate, jam...

INGREDIENTS

-180g of pastry four
-160g of soft olive
-3 eggs
-6g of yeast royal
-1 spoonfull of orange aroma
-100g of peeled nuts to decorate
-125g from yougur natural
-powdered sugar
-1 spoonfull of butter
-salt

INSTRUCTIONS

 First, grind the nuts in a mincer, mix the eggs with the sugar.

Then, add the soft, but don't stop mix.

After that, add the yougur, the nuts and the orange  aroma.

Next, mix the pastry four, and put in another bowl, and add the yeast royal and some salt.

Then, mix the two mix and put in a mold.

Next, cook add 200·C  during 18 minuts.

Finally, cast and eat!
